Description

In our full body stretch & mobility session, we start at your head and work down to your feet, stopping to focus on key areas specific to your needs. Our full body stretch incorporates elements of sports massage and passive + assisted mobility techniques to aide in increasing flexibility and stretching hypertonic muscles. Full body stretching helps to increase flexibility, blood circulation and range of motion. It also helps decrease pain and stiffness while lowering your risk of injury. Great for all activity levels and ages. 40 Minute session is area specific - (1) Lower Extremity or (2) Neck, Shoulders & Thoracic Spine 90 Minute session is full body 50% deposit due 48 hours after booking to reserve appointment time. Remaining balance (50%) due day of appointment upon completion of service.
