The benefits of chair massage are very similar to the effects of a of a full body massage, but allows for the convenience of a shorter session. Chair massage helps to relieve muscle tension and pain, prevent repetitive stress injuries and helps to improve circulation. A post workout session helps with muscle recovery and rejuvenation.

Chair Massage / Stretch

Our Recovery + Rejuvenation Massage is customized to meet our client's needs by incorporating a variety of modalities including neuromuscular therapies, myofascial release, deep pressure and more. From muscle tension and soreness to soft tissue and deeper muscle and corrective work, this massage is great for client's with long term wellness goals! 

Effective: October 15, 2025: 25% deposit due 48 hours after booking to reserve appointment time. Remaining balance (75%) due day of appointment upon completion of service.

Massage Session

In our full body stretch & mobility session, we start at your head and work down to your feet, stopping to focus on key areas specific to your needs. Our full body stretch incorporates elements of sports massage and passive +  assisted mobility techniques to aide in increasing flexibility and stretching hypertonic muscles. Full body stretching helps to increase flexibility, blood circulation and range of motion. It also helps decrease pain and stiffness while lowering your risk of injury. Great for all activity levels and ages.

40 Minute session is area specific - (1) Lower Extremity or (2) Neck, Shoulders & Thoracic Spine

90 Minute session is full body

Assisted Stretch & Mobility Session

This dual service starts with our 90-minute Full Body Stretch & Mobility Service. We start at your head and work down to your feet, stopping to focus on key areas specific to your needs. Our full body stretch incorporates elements of sports massage and assisted mobility techniques to aide in increasing flexibility and stretching tight or overused muscles.

Following the stretch and mobility session, be prepared to enjoy our 60-minute Recovery + Rejuvenation Massage with your complimentary enhancement of hot stones or a muscle relief cream.

This bundled service has a savings of nearly 25%.
