Our full body stretch incorporates elements of sports massage and passive +  assisted mobility techniques to aide in increasing flexibility and stretching hypertonic muscles. Full body stretching helps to increase flexibility, blood circulation and range of motion. It also helps decrease pain and stiffness while lowering your risk of injury. Great for all activity levels and ages.

40 Minute session is area specific - (1) Lower Extremity or (2) Neck, Shoulders & Thoracic Spine

90 Minute session is full body

Our full body stretch incorporates elements of sports massage and assisted mobility techniques to aide in increasing flexibility and stretching tight or overused muscles.

Following the stretch and mobility session, be prepared to enjoy our 60-minute Recovery + Rejuvenation Massage with your complimentary enhancement of hot stones or a muscle relief cream.

This bundled service has a savings of nearly 25%.
